Heat exchanger and industrial tubes
in all copper alloys
– Made in Germany

Heat exchanger tubes

Heat exchanger tubes made from various copper alloys

We produce seamless drawn smooth tubes made of copper alloys up to 90 mm o.d.. Precise surfaces and dimensions ensure high quality. Fixed lengths reduce waste during further processing.

Our heat exchanger tubes made of copper alloys offer excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Special alloys such as special brass, aluminium bronze or copper-nickel are tailored to different applications.

We continuously develop our alloys to meet increasing requirements for corrosion and erosion resistance.

Partner for a sustainable future

Sustainability and climate neutrality are key corporate goals. We will be GHG-neutral by 2030 – and are already reducing emissions and conserving resources through targeted measures.

Made in Germany

Tradition and experience are our foundation – we have been manufacturing in Menden (Sauerland) for 150 years. Made in Germany – that stands for the highest quality in metalworking.

We are future-proof
In the present for the future

Climate neutrality in terms of GHG neutrality

We have committed ourselves to achieving GHG-neutral production (Scope 1 and 2) at our Menden site by 2030 at the latest. This is an ambitious goal, as our production is very energy-intensive and the company operates in an international competitive environment.

In Scope 3, emissions are to be reduced by at least 75% by 2030 compared to the base year 2017. We are excluding compensation measures and the purchase of CO2certificates as part of our sustainability strategy until further notice.

Circular economy

We mainly use non-ferrous metals such as copper, zinc and nickel to manufacture our main products.

Here, we are striving to establish closed-loop recycling systems in the short term. This is an essential prerequisite for achieving the planned reduction in our Scope 3 carbon footprint. Since 2022, we have been offering our customers the option of returning all products ever delivered to us so that they can be recycled back into the production cycle.
